1. How do I place an order?
Simply click on the product you like, Update the Quantity you want to buy and click on the “add to cart” button. You will then be redirected to the checkout page where you have an option to Sign up or Log in. Once you do that fill in your address & contact details correctly choose the mode of payment (Cash on delivery / Credit Card / Debit Card) any coupon codes or promotional offers can be added then. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed.

3. How many days do you take to deliver?
It takes up to 3-4 days for the pieces to be delivered to you.
4. Are there any delivery charges?
Yes, Rs150/- on all orders.

Aé-Teē offers international delivery; you can mail us at email@example.com for the same.
7. Do you have a store where we can see the product before i can buy?
No, We are an online store only, but you can find our products in the following stores Delhi- Nimai , Ogaan ,Bombay – Creo, Minerali , Pune – Aananya, Chennai- Maalgaadi and Kolkata- Bombaim.
8. I have ordered for so many products, can I get some discount?
Coupon Codes & Promotional offers will be mentioned on our Facebook Page / Instagram feed, so keep a regular check to avail all our tempting offers!
9. What is the Return Policy for jewellery & other products?
We hope you love your Aé-Teē pieces as much as we do. However, if you would like to exchange your purchase we are able to issue an exchange up to 2 days after the date of receipt. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that sold items can only be returned for an exchange. We don’t offer returns. All sales are final.
10. Are there certain items which are not exchangeable?
Yes, all items Purchased on Sale/Using Promo Code cannot be exchanged. In case of any damage, the same must be informed to us via email 48 hours after receiving the damaged product or we will be unable to replace the same.
11. What is the procedure if I want my piece exchanged?

12. Can i cancel my order?
