Exchange and return

We hope you love your Aé-Teē pieces as much as we do. However, if you would like to exchange your purchase we are able to issue an exchange up to 7 days after the date of receipt but, only if there is a genuine problem with the purchase. Please notify us of the problem within 24 hours. Thank you xx.

Please note that all exchanges (once approved by customer care) should be returned to us through
i. registered postage, in its
ii. original condition, which includes
iii. tags,
iv. packaging and
v. product.
All items will be inspected on return and handled on a case-to-case basis. Exchanges which fail to meet these 5 clauses (i-v) will be duly declined. Kindly retain your receipt/tracking number until you have received confirmation from Aé-Teē with regard to the receipt of your parcel.

Please note that sold items can only be returned for an exchange in the same style.

We don’t offer Exchange and returns to our customer unless there is a damage/mistake from our side.

The prizes/ gifts/ giveaways are non-returnable/ non exchangeable.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All sales are final.

 

SALES ITEMS

All sales items or items purchased with promotional codes are final, as such we will not accept requests for exchanges or returns.

 

DIMENSIONS & COLOR ACCURACY

All dimensions are taken to the best of our ability. There may be a 0.1”-0.3” disparity in measurements provided.

Aé-Teē puts in the extra effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. For the most accurate representation of color, please refer to the close-up image or you may ask us to mail you images and we will be glad to do so. Do note that colors may be rendered differently on different monitor screens.

In such cases, such dimensions and color discrepancies may not be considered as a defect and requests for returns will not be accepted.

 

REPAIRS

Aé-Teē provides repair for all fashion jewelry purchased from aeteedesigns.com, within 12 months of the purchase of your item . If you wish to opt for a repair service, please contact us at customercare@aeteedesigns.com. ( we will check the product and inform you of the repair charges)

All Aé-Teē fashion jewelry are hand made by our artisans. Some delicate pieces may require careful handling on your part. Please treat your Aé-Teē jewelry with care. Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth after each wear, and store your items away from sunlight and in a cool environment. Aé-Teē will not account for items damaged by irresponsible wear and storage.
